Value 06 is a modern residential development located in Al Olaya District, Riyadh, built on a 660 m² plot and consisting of six residential units, with sizes ranging from 127.80 m² to 225 m². The architectural design features a harmonious façade that blends simplicity with dynamic volumes. Semi-circular arches on the upper level serve as distinctive visual elements, while the central entrance mass—clad in natural stone and featuring a double-height opening—highlights the project’s main access point.

The materials were carefully chosen to create a bold visual contrast between natural stone, white stucco, and black-coated steel, giving the development a contemporary identity that balances both privacy and transparency.
