The Courtyard Houses is an exclusive residential project located in the heart of Riyadh, offering a unique blend of privacy, natural light, and seamless indoor-outdoor living.

The development consists of two townhouses and six apartments, each with its own private access, ensuring a sense of exclusivity and personal space. Designed as a living concept space, the project embraces the courtyard-centric architectural style, where natural light and scenic views define the living experience.

Each unit is seamlessly connected to the central courtyard through light glass partitions with a concealed structural opening, allowing for a fluid transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. These movable partitions enhance flexibility, merging functions to create a dynamic and open family living environment while maximizing daylight and courtyard views.

On the first floor, the bedrooms are thoughtfully positioned to embrace natural sunlight throughout the day. A private upper terrace extends from the bedrooms, visually linking them to the courtyard while serving as a tranquil retreat.

The children’s bedrooms are meticulously designed with a strong emphasis on practicality and functionality, creating a space that nurtures a child’s sense of comfort and playfulness.
