THE Courtyard Houses – Interior

The Courtyard Houses is a thoughtfully designed residential project located in the heart of Riyadh, offering an exceptional living experience that harmonizes privacy, natural light, and open space.

The development comprises two townhouses and six apartments, each with its own private access, ensuring exclusivity and a sense of personal retreat.

Designed as a living concept space, the project embraces an architectural approach that prioritizes natural light and scenic courtyard views. Upon entering, residents are immersed in an atmosphere of openness, where the interplay between light and space creates a serene and inviting environment.

Each unit is seamlessly connected to the central courtyard through light glass partitions with a concealed structural opening, allowing fluid movement between indoor and outdoor areas. These movable partitions enhance flexibility, merging living functions while maximizing daylight and courtyard views.

On the first floor, the bedrooms are strategically positioned to embrace sunlight throughout the day. An upper terrace extends from the bedrooms, visually linking them to the courtyard while serving as a private sanctuary for relaxation.

The children’s bedrooms are meticulously designed with a focus on practicality and functionality, creating a space that nurtures a child’s sense of comfort, creativity, and exploration.
